In April 2025, Jinyudun Energy Technology Co., Ltd. completed a major export order – 100 Yuchai-brand generators were shipped to Kenya after rigorous inspection. This export marks new progress in the company’s business expansion into the African market and further validates the technical adaptability and reliability of its products in international markets.

The generators delivered are powered by Yuchai YC series high-pressure common rail diesel engines, featuring electronically controlled high-pressure injection technology and turbocharged intercooling systems. These enhancements optimize fuel atomization, significantly improve combustion efficiency, and effectively reduce fuel consumption and emissions while maintaining strong power output. The engine blocks are made of high-strength alloy cast iron, precision-machined and endurance-tested, providing excellent impact resistance and fatigue strength to withstand the complex working conditions in Kenya, including high temperatures, dusty environments, and high altitudes.

On the system integration side, the Jinyudun technical team carried out tailored configurations for export requirements. The control module uses an intelligent controller with remote monitoring capabilities, supporting automatic start/stop, fault self-diagnostics, and parallel operation of multiple units. It automatically adjusts power output according to load changes, enhancing power supply stability and operational efficiency. The alternator adopts a brushless excitation structure with an automatic voltage regulator, maintaining voltage fluctuation within ±1% to ensure safe power supply for voltage-sensitive equipment. The cooling system has been specially calibrated, with an enlarged radiator and optimized fan airflow to guarantee reliable continuous operation under high-temperature conditions.

Before shipment, each unit underwent full-load testing, insulation performance inspection, and safety protection function verification, with test reports delivered alongside the equipment. Jinyudun Energy Technology has long focused on power equipment supply and services, relying on solid technical integration capabilities and a quality control system to continuously provide power solutions adapted to local conditions for overseas customers. The 100 generators exported this time are expected to arrive at Mombasa Port, Kenya, in the near future and will be delivered to local customers for use.
